Elope

Although Elope merely means to run away, and to not come back to the point of origination, I am still debating on the title. The painting symbolize to me a more mental and emotional elope, a rise from a situation (instead of running away) and never come back to the same place where you found yourself. It is a very personal and fragile moment where trust and hope take the highest role. My husband mentioned the boy looks like if he is in pain. Perhaps we need it to be painful in order to move on.
